    • Please be prepared. If the meeting is for a demo, make sure all stake-holders can attend. If it is for a setup, make sure you have all the details for your event, venue, bank account
    • If you cannot attend, make sure to cancel the session by replying to your confirmation email, at least 3 hours before the session
    • There is a $25 no-show-up fee if you do not attend and do not cancel
